Exhausted

I am perpetually tired. I like what I'm doing now and I find it really interesting, but after only a week of work, I am sooooo tired! When I get home from work, I'm too tired to even come online to chat or blog or do jackshit. I think I need to undergo some major adjustments.

On another note, I decorated a cake for my friend's birthday today. I had no time to do any baking, so I simply bought a cake from cold storage and transformed it into....

a soccer ball!

It was really hard work! I couldn't find the icing type that I used in Brisbane, so I bought marzipan instead. First problem was that they only had it in golden, so i couldn't do a white ball. Secondly, after mixing it the colouring for the brown/black bits, the marzipan got so sticky I couldn't cut or roll it properly. It was painstaking work, fashioning the pentagons! But I'm pretty pleased with the end result. =)
